Neurolink System in the Modern World

Chapter 381 Memory Activate part 2

Chapter 381 Memory Activate part 2

I contemplated for a moment, trying to figure out where I'd heard that sound before. It felt so familiar, like an old hum tapping on my memory's door, but I couldn't quite place it.

At first, I thought it might be the same noise as my system, but after a bit of thinking, I realized it was different. It was like comparing lemons and oranges - similar in some ways, but definitely different.

For now, I chose to just watch everything happening. The revelations were getting really interesting. It felt like I was watching an amazing 3D movie. I almost wished I had some popcorn to enjoy while I watched.

Sadly, the Virtual Glasses didn't offer any way to change or add things like popcorn and soda.

Back to the scene.

The two human-like beings slowly stood up, catching the attention of the blue being. They were both naked, their bodies so flawless that it seemed almost unreal.

But the blue being appeared unfazed. Perhaps it was simply accustomed to being dominant, never having faced a true challenge before.

It was difficult to discern any facial expression from the blue being, but I sensed an air of narcissism and egotism emanating from it.

How did I know?

Well, they say birds of a feather flock together, and I could see myself acting all mighty if I had the same power.

'What an arrogant asshole . I really hope those two kick its butt. ' I thought to myself as I continued to watched. I hate seeing others who are more egotistical than me.

Both sides locked gazes, sizing each other up. It was a standoff, each waiting for the other to make the first move, trying to figure out who had the upper hand.

"ADAM, EVE, protect me," Zen said, using names I recognized.

Raising its hand, the blue humanoid focused its energy. A convergence of power gathered at the tip of its finger before erupting into a burst of vibrant blue lightning.

The bolt crackled through the air with astonishing speed, leaving a trail of energy in its wake. But, as it traveled a certain distance, a strange phenomenon occurred. The lightning, once extremely fast and fierce, gradually lost its momentum until it came to a halt, frozen in mid-air.

'This is not stopping time,' I realized after watching closely. It was clear for me to see, both the blue humanoid and Zen were still moving. Adam had only stopped the lightning, leaving everything else unchanged.

'Is he using telekinesis?' I pondered silently.

I knew I could stop a bullet with telekinesis, but stopping lightning was a whole different level. Unfortunately, this memory belonged to Zen, who lacked the ability to perceive origin energy. So, it was impossible to draw any conclusions.

"Activating... Skill Copy," Adam's voice shattered the silence. He raised his fingers, and the suspended lightning began to move slowly. Eventually, it was absorbed by his fingers.

"Analyzing Skill ," he added

"Analyze Complete" he declared.

The air around him seemed to grow heavier, and I noticed faint pulses of blue energy coursing through his veins. Then, he mirrored the blue humanoid previous actions and raised his own finger.

As expected, a bolt of lightning shot out from Adam's finger, piercing the air and directly penetrating the blue humanoid's chest.

However, it didn't even flinch. It calmly touched its chest and observed the blue liquid seeping from the wound, but showed no signs of concern despite the fatal hole in its body.

'This is getting more interesting, what will happen next?' I thought to myself, my excitement mounting as I eagerly anticipated the outcome of this intense battle.

My interest in their fight had skyrocketed, and I had a gut feeling that I was about to witness something extraordinary.

With each passing moment, I couldn't shake the feeling that this memory would give me a lot of insights .
